A52 from Boston and the South

• Continue on the A52 towards the town centre.
• On approaching the main one way system follow the signs for Richmond Coach Park and the brown tourism signs showing a caravan symbol.
• Keep right until you have the Lumley Hotel on you immediate right.
• Look straight ahead and bear off to the left, again follow the brown tourism signs with the caravan symbol.
• This road is Richmond Drive, we are approximately half a mile on the right hand side.

A158 from Lincoln and The West

• On approaching Skegness turn right at the traffic lights, following the signs for the Town Centre and the brown tourism sign showing a caravan symbol.
• Continue on this road until you come to the junction with the main one way system.
• On approaching the main one way system follow the signs for Richmond Coach Park and the brown tourism signs showing a caravan symbol.
• Keep right until you have the Lumley Hotel on your immediate right.
• Look straight ahead and bear off to the left, again follow the brown tourism signs with the caravan symbol.
• This road is Richmond Drive, we are approximately half a mile on the right hand side.
